Your body can heal. Let's change the terrain

You've been told to treat the disease. But what about the environment that allowed it to grow? I'm Dr Janice Francis, MD DABOM; a metabolic medicine physician helping cancer patients and survivors in New York and Pennsylvania restore the internal conditions their body needs to heal. Via telehealth.

Why I Do This Work

I spent 30 years as an anesthesiologist, watching patients fight cancer in operating rooms. Over time I started asking a question conventional medicine rarely asks: why does cancer thrive in some bodies and not others? That question led me to retrain in metabolic medicine. Today I help cancer patients and sirvivors address the internal environment, the terrain, that allowed disease to grow in the first place.
